The three violin sonatas by the youngest representative of the First Viennese School clearly herald Romanticism, showing the composer’s immense imagination and the evolution of his style – from the carefree, idyllic Spring Sonata to the Kreutzer Sonata, brimming with turbulent, virtuoso dialogues. Known for their rich concert and recording output, Robert Kabara and Maciej Słapiński suggest an elegant vision of Beethoven’s masterpieces, perfectly balanced in terms of dynamics and expression.
