Pesnopeniya dushi (Songs of the Soul) is the latest album by the Cantores Sancti Nicolai Men’s Choir, bringing together the fruits of three years of work on Orthodox Church music.
Recording an album devoted to the music of the Eastern Church was a great challenge for us, requiring not only musical skill, but also a readiness to engage with a repertoire marked by distinctive spirituality and a rich tradition.
